Labels with Microsoft Word

We realized that many people use word processing programs such as Open Office and Microsoft Word to create their address labels and shipping labels.  The conveniences of using a word processor are so clear once the user realizes that these software come with templates as well as the ability to create custom ones.  On Microsoft Word, there is also a very useful function called mail-merge that makes it very easy to import addresses from files, or even your Outlook email program to create these labels on the fly.
